Pet Rescue Project is an educational group with a goal of helping people help animals throughout the United States. PRP does not shelter or foster any animals but does attempt to educate humans about the need for programs like TNR, Spay & Neuter, animal abuse prevention and other programs that benefit homeless companion animals. 
PRP uses digital web and filmmaking to produce short and documentary length productions that can be used to teach the young and old about the need for various animal related projects. Their award winning “Dr Schnipit” 30 second spay & neuter PSA has been viewed by thousands via the web and broadcast television. Also, PRP has recently released a 24 minute documentary DVD called “Rescue 4 Paws” that was specially produced for viewing by school aged kids, teaching them about pet overpopulation and animal abuse.

​Our Dr. Schnipit page is our effort to use a fictional character and humor to educate people about the need for Spay and Neutering.  We include colorful stories as well as sad stories written so you and your kids can understand the need for Spay & Neutering.
